Assembler PositionFieldBridge is looking for a direct hire Assembler in Florence, KY. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Pay Rate/Schedule: $20.00–$22.50/hour + $2.50 shift differential | 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM | At $25/hr and 40 hours a week, for example, earn a weekly paycheck of $1,000 gross.Position Overview FieldBridge is seeking an Assembler to support production at SLB's Florence, KY facility. This role is responsible for assembling and testing products across multiple product lines, and for troubleshooting issues that come up during the process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components across all product lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures for each jobTest assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and testingRead blueprints and identify components accuratelyUse hand tools and rework techniques, and operate equipment to dimension and set tolerances on mechanical parts and assembliesCreate labor records for all transactionsSupport continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools and principlesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent0–2 years' experience in a manufacturing settingStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsClear, professional communication with management and peersBasic computer proficiency (email, online certifications/testing)Able to lift or carry at least 50 lbsVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
