Assembler - $21-$22/Hour (Willing to Train!)Join Our Team!Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with a company willing to train motivated individuals? We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our production team. No prior assembly experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, good attendance, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.Shift Options1st ShiftMonday - Thursday5:00 AM - 3:30 PMFriday overtime available based on production needs2nd ShiftMonday - Thursday3:30 PM - 2:00 AMFriday overtime available based on production needsJob ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembler, you will:Assemble products from start to finish following detailed work instructions.Read production orders and gather required materials for assembly projects.Use hand and power tools including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws.Accurately measure materials and components using a tape measure.Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.Identify and report material shortages, defects, or quality concerns.Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed.Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.QualificationsRequiredAbility to learn and safely operate hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Basic math and measurement skills.Ability to accurately read a tape measure.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.PreferredHigh School Diploma or GED.Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience.Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay of $21-$22 per hourFour-day workweekThree-day weekends most weeksPaid training providedOvertime opportunities availableTeam-oriented work environmentOpportunity to develop valuable manufacturing and assembly skillsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.Steel-toed boots requiredCasual work attire permittedNon-air-conditioned facilityFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftCollaborative production environment with a strong team cultureApply today and start building a rewarding career in manufacturing with a company that invests in your success.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
