This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with training available and opportunities to learn new skills.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and inspect components while maintaining high quality standards.Operate small production equipment, including presses, scanners, and magnetizing/demagnetizing equipment.Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and height gauges.Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities as required.Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.Accurately complete production and quality documentation.Follow all company safety procedures and report any equipment or safety concerns.Rotate between workstations and departments as needed to support production demands.QualificationsNo prior manufacturing experience required.
