We are looking for a driven Assembler – Electrical/Hydraulic II to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.What You'll DoFit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standardsInterpret and work from drawings and specificationsTest and inspect assembled unitsMonitor outputMaintain product quality standardsSupport continuous improvement, a customer-first mindset, and strict adherence to our quality processesPull parts based on product needsUnderstand standard aspects of assemblyKeep pace with production expectationsAssist with training new employeesAdditional duties as neededRequirementsExperience1–3 years of experienceKnowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processesAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand, sit, kneel, stoop, or walk for long periods of timeMust be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperaturesMust be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsValley Craft Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
