Job ResponsibilitiesConnect parts together to assemble products per instructionsLearn other job functions such as debur and finishing and serve as back up when necessaryAssist with boxing, crating products when neededParticipate in daily and scheduled cleaning and housekeeping dutiesMaintain productivity per company standardsAttend monthly safety trainings, follow and support all company safety initiativesOther duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications1-2 years of related experience and/or educationConstruction related or sheet metal experience helpfulMust have experience using power tools and hand toolsAttention to detailAbility and willingness to follow instructionsMust pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screenPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift at least 50 lbsPhysical ability to stand for long periodsWalking, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, climbing on laddersWork environment is well ventilated but not air-conditioned
