Job description
Assembler IWe are seeking an Assembler I for our client. In this role, you will use hand and power tools to build components and assemblies according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.Assemble parts ranging from simple components to complex subassemblies.Follow work orders, routing instructions, and acceptance test guidelines.Pack and store finished goods as needed.Maintain quality and productivity in a repetitive, moderate to fast paced production environment.Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.At least one year of production or assembly experience, related technical schooling, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Ability to read and follow work instructions and work order details.Ability to use both hands to handle parts and work with basic hand tools.Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and move, pull, lift, or transfer products weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.Preferred: Experience reading blueprints or assembling components. Aerospace assembly experience is a plus.
