Performs leak testing and troubleshooting of assembly's and subassemblies.DutiesPerform visual inspection of raw materials and or production assemblies, to meet quality standards.Utilize blueprints to set-up each build in accordance to work orders.Perform assembly of components that consist of machined and purchased parts.Perform leak and assembly test per work instructions.Perform trouble shooting when assemblies don't pass testing. Communicate with engineering when necessary.Verify assembly is in compliance with quality standards prior to submitting to quality assurance.Comply with all FDA and ISO9001, and ISO 13485 guidelines.Maintain clean, safe, organized work area - sustains process improvements that have been implemented into their respective areas. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (examples: line side ideas, kaizens, and projects)Execute Engineering Work Requests and special sample requests.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Experience1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and or assembly experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to use hand and power toolsAttention to detail and ability to interpret written instructionsGood communication skills (Written and verbal) when working with othersEqual Employment Opportunity & Accessibility Statement HuFriedyGroup is an equal-opportunity employer.
