They verify the correct quantities of component parts and quality checking completed items and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound, high-quality custom aluminum windows and doors. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are seeking growth opportunities and skill development.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, overtime may be required based on business needs.Second Shift Differential: $1, not included in the posted range.Benefits Offered to All Employees:Medical, dental and vision insurance401(k) plan with matchVacation paysSick days and paid holidaysEssential FunctionsPrepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.Gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned task.Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.Verifies specifications by measuring components.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing department specific personal protection equipment.Properly and safely operate machinery and hand tools.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task to accomplish production results.Core CompetenciesAbility to perform work thoroughly and accuratelyAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgementFlexibility.
