Assembly TechniciansAn established auto welding company in Penn Yan, NY is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling automotive welded components and sub-assemblies according to quality standards and production schedules. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and works well in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble welded automotive components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and blueprintsInspect parts for quality and fit during assemblyUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow production schedules to meet daily and weekly goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processesReport any quality or production issues promptlyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience a plusBasic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprintsComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable with strong work ethic and good attendanceBenefits:Starting pay at $18.00+ per hour, based on experienceMonday – Friday daytime scheduleOpportunities for overtime and advancementBenefits available after eligibility period (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
