So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.About The JobAs an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.As a part of the team, you will:Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty productsSecure accurate daily assembly production records.Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.What You KnowYou have a High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience, and:Crane of forklift certifications, nice to have.2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.Intermediate computer skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsPhysical Factors:Lifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use.At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
