Other Duties May Be Assigned.Installs, repairs wiring, apparatus & control equipmentFollows diagrams or blueprints ensuring wiring is correctMeasures, cuts, bends, assembles & installs electrical conduitSplice wires by stripping installation from terminal leads & soldering wire togetherConnects wiring to panel boxInstallations of switches, relays & circuit-breaker panelsInstalls & connects power cables and grounding leads to equipmentPerforms wiring of standard, medium, and complex panelsInstallation of probes & transducersPerforms wiring of transformersTie-in compressor panelsWire defrostWire lights, receptacles, fire-stats, T-stateTests circuit continuityPerforms hard wire testingTraining:Assists in training Panel Worker IEnsure OJT training documents are updatedPerform OJT training of newly hired associateWorks closely with and assist to accomplish associate development and continuous improvement (i.e. Basic Lean, training needs for team/associates)Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education/training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
