The ideal candidate brings advanced assembly experience, excellent dexterity, and the ability to work confidently with both small, intricate components and larger mechanical parts. This mid-level role is responsible for performing complex builds, troubleshooting assembly issues, collaboration with engineering, and supporting continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.You Will Be Accountable For :Support our limiter assembly and final assembly operationsWork with both small, intricate components and larger mechanical partsPerforming complex builds, troubleshooting assembly issues, and collaborationPerform other duties as needed and assignedYou Are The Right Person For This Job If You Have :2-3 years minimum manufacturing assembly experienceSolder training, J-STD preferredExperience using a microscopeAbility to use a microscope approximately 3 hours per dayExperienced print readingThis role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception.
