Job description

Cable Assembly TechnicianLaunch your career in medical device manufacturing. Join a growing medical manufacturing company where you'll build high-quality medical cable assemblies and wire harnesses used in critical healthcare applications. This is a hands-on production role in a clean, modern environment where you'll gain experience in precision assembly, soldering, wiring, and quality inspection. Comprehensive training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy detailed assembly work and learning new technical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical cable assemblies and wire harnesses according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.Perform cable preparation tasks including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and soldering.Utilize hand tools, assembly fixtures, and production equipment to manufacture quality products.Rotate between multiple workstations to support batch production and team efficiency.Read and interpret assembly drawings, build sheets, and technical documentation.Complete production records and access work instructions through computer-based systems.Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing.Preferred QualificationsExperience in cable assembly, wire harness assembly, electronics assembly, medical device assembly, or related manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and small-part assembly.Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Comfortable working with hand tools and navigating computer systems.Ability to learn new processes and work across multiple production areas.IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification is a plus but not required.Previous experience in medical manufacturing, electronics, or precision assembly is highly preferred.Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay of $22.00/hrClean, climate-controlled, recently renovated facilityComprehensive training and ongoing skill developmentLong-term career growth opportunities within medical manufacturingSupportive team environment with hands-on coaching and mentorshipEmployee amenities including free coffee, snacks, vending options, and game areasCasual dress code with the ability to listen to headphones while workingStable company with a strong focus on quality and employee successSchedule2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMApply TodayIf you enjoy hands-on assembly, working with small components, and building products that make a difference in healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
