Assembler PositionNow hiring for an Assembler Location: Kenner, LA Pay Rate: $17.55 – $22.35 per hour Step Up. Snap In. Ship Out. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.Experience Requirements Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety. Experience working with hand tools.Job Duties Motor mount assembly Door assemblies Shell front assemblies Valve assemblies Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. What You Will Do As an Assembler, you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations. The Assembler supports successful factory production through dependable assembly work, quality awareness, and efficient teamwork. This role requires organization, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining manufacturing standards. Successful Assembler candidates understand assembly procedures, production workflows, and workplace safety while maintaining quality and productivity throughout every shift.
