Snack Tray Assembly Team MemberThis location is not accepting rehires at this time.Hours: 2:45pm-11:00 PM - Monday thru Friday with some weekends as needed.The starting pay for this position is $18.80/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shifts.If you are looking to make an impact in a meaningful way, join us at Tyson Foods where we feed the world like family! This facility operates five to six days a week and produces items like Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches.Job Summary:We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our snack tray assembly team. This position is responsible for assembling snack trays according to company standards, ensuring accuracy of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities:Assemble snack trays following established recipes and portion guidelines.Inspect trays to confirm all required components are present and properly arranged.Add any missing items to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards.Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.Assist with other production tasks as needed.This facility handles pork products. Depending on business needs, employees may be assigned to roles that involve working directly with pork products.Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationMust be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing and able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hoursMust be willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures ranging from 20 to 36 degrees.Relocation Assistance Eligible: NoWork Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America)Pay Range/Rate: $18.80Incentives: Annual Incentive Plan: NoLong-Term Incentive Plan: NoCertain roles at Tyson require background checks.
