Job description
Manufacturing TechnicianEaton Corporation's Breaker Center located in Evansville, IN has an opening for Manufacturing Technician. Responsibilities will include: the assembly, service and calibration of electrical protection devices, primarily molded case circuit breakers. The incumbent will possess both electrical and mechanical manufacturing and service knowledge that enables them to evaluate, service and calibrate those devices. Position also requires customer service responsibilities, processing orders, communication with internal/external customers, and other tasks needed for the successful operation of the facility. Daily tasks include navigating computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access), assembling circuit breakers, evaluating incoming breakers, corresponding with both external and internal customers, inputting orders and invoicing. Need excellent organizational, written and verbal skills. This position requires the use of manual and power hand tools, as well as hi-tech calibration equipment. Requires light to medium lifting on a routine basis.
