Assembler PositionAre you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy building quality products? We are supporting a local client seeking an Assembler to join a growing trailer manufacturing team in Litchfield, MN. In this role, you will assemble and install custom cabinets and interior components for specialty trailers using modern composite materials and manufacturing techniques.Daily Responsibilities as an AssemblerAssemble cabinets, storage compartments, and interior trailer components according to blueprints and work instructionsMeasure, cut, fit, and install composite materials and related hardwareOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructionsInstall hinges, latches, drawer slides, countertops, and other finish componentsInspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finishMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and company quality standardsQualifications for an AssemblerPrevious assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or trailer/RV experience preferredAbility to read tape measures and basic blueprintsComfortable using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsDependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitudePreferred ExperienceCabinet assembly or woodworkingComposite material fabrication or assemblyTrailer, RV, marine, or specialty vehicle manufacturingLaminate installation and finish workSchedule:1st shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pmExpress Employment Professionals provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.Holiday payMedical benefits401KDirect DepositWeekly Pay
