In short, temporary staffing creates a very nimble human capital platform which allows organizations to maximize their productivity and flexibility at all times.GDKN is one of the very few minority business enterprises in North America that has the status of Preferred vendor with world's largest corporations in various industries including:ElectricGasTelephone UtilitiesManufacturingDefenseBanking/FinancialInformation TechnologyHealthcare/PharmaceuticalJob DescriptionAs a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers.Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.• Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes• Support the implementation of the Operating System• Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient operations• Comply with all safety rules and regulations• Record and report production data accurately• Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement• Set up and change Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations.• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.• May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.• May require 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.• Works under immediate supervision.• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
