AssemblerFull-time Mansfield, TX, US Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as an AssemblerYou will help the team deliver high-quality hose and tubing assemblies that meet customer requirements. You will work onsite on 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri), reporting to the Value Stream Team Lead and collaborating closely with maintenance and production teammates. Your work ensures assemblies pass inspection and pressure testing to support on-time shipments and production goals.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamOperate equipment within the Hose Assembly Value Stream to meet quality and productivity targetsPull setup sheets, select tooling, and verify crimp dimensions, drawings, and pressure ratingsPull components, inspect tubing/hose, and check all dimensions against drawings or crimp requirementsPerform pressure testing of hose assemblies and maintain accurate production and test recordsLabel finished hose products and complete production reportsMaintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practicesDetect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team LeadParticipate in lean initiatives and peer-based teams; perform related duties as assignedHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh School diploma or GEDAbility to pass pre-employment screeningWillingness to complete on-the-job training (1–8 weeks, up to 10 weeks if needed)Basic computer skillsAbility to monitor machine sounds and identify changes to take appropriate actionStrong attention to detail and continuous mental/visual/audio focusAbility to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from the Value Stream Team LeadAbility to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneelingHere's What Else Might Help You OutProduction or manufacturing experience (preferred)Good verbal and interpersonal communication skillsSolid math, reading, and writing skillsSound decision-making abilitiesPay Range$18.75/hr + shift differential $2Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
