Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented aerospace manufacturing Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team!
This hands-on position involves assembling and manufacturing precision components used in the aerospace industry.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following detailed instructions, and producing high-quality work in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Perform hands-on assembly and manufacturing of aerospace components using established procedures and work instructions.
Read and follow manufacturing travelers, production instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
Work with various materials, components, and tools to complete production tasks.
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Communicate and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support manufacturing operations.
Identify and report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with other manufacturing and production activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a related hands-on role.
Ability to follow written work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and established procedures.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and production equipment.
Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
