Mechanical Assembler1st & 2nd Shift| Pay: $22.17 - $24.17/hr| Weekly Pay | MN1st shift: 5:30am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and 5:30am - 10am Friday, $22.172nd shift: 2pm - 1:30am Monday - Thursday $24.17Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic assembler to support the build of chiller units for data centers and custom equipment. This role involves hands-on assembly using a variety of hand and power tools, along with general shop support to keep production moving efficiently. As individuals gain experience, there will be opportunities to expand into additional assembly areas and skill sets.ResponsibilitiesAssemble chiller units for data center applications following work instructions and build specifications.Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.Assist with general shop and production support duties, including sweeping and maintaining a clean work area, shrink wrapping and packaging materials or completed units, and material handling and clean-up to support other assemblers.Work collaboratively with the assembly team to meet daily production goals.Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures.Cross-train into additional areas over time, including custom unit assembly.Essential SkillsExperience using hand and power tools.Ability to be on your feet all shift.Why Work Here?We foster a fun and vibrant culture similar to 'work hard, play hard' environments. Work hours are Dress code is casual, with steel toe boots required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
