Assembler - Mechanical III (Day Shift)Location: Minden, NV 89423 (Onsite)Pay rate: $20.79/hr on W2Type: Contract - W2Hiring Event DetailsDate: Tuesday, September 22Interview Time Slots:Morning- 8amAfternoon- 1pmJob SummaryWe are seeking an Assembler - Mechanical III to assemble, test, calibrate, and prepare mechanical assemblies according to bill-of-material requirements, engineering standards, and customer/division specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components according to bill-of-material (BOM) requirements.Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies.Test-assemble equipment according to customer and division criteria.Operate test equipment in accordance with engineering standards.Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.Prepare completed mechanical assemblies for shipment.Follow established assembly, testing, safety, and quality procedures.Accurately follow work instructions and technical documentation.Required QualificationsStrong mechanical background.Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.High School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of relevant mechanical/assembly experience.Ability to perform mechanical assembly and functional testing.Familiarity with assembly tools and test equipment.Safety RequirementsSafety Boots requiredSafety Glasses required
