Assemblers And Machine OperatorsPay Rate: $16.00/hour + Production BonusesShift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)We are looking for hardworking, reliable candidates to join our manufacturing team in New London, NC. As an Assembler or Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment building quality lumber products using hand tools and machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly: Measure, cut, and assemble lumber components using pneumatic tools (nail guns, staplers) and manual tools.Equipment Operation: Safely set up and operate saws, packaging tools, and production machinery.Material Handling: Move, stack, and secure raw lumber and finished wooden products.Quality & Safety: Inspect finished materials to ensure high quality and strictly follow plant safety standards.QualificationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Comfortably lift 50+ lbs and stand/move continuously throughout a 10-hour shift.Basic math and tape measure reading skills.Strong team attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.Benefits & PerksCompetitive starting pay at $17.00/hrIncentive bonus program (earn extra based on performance)Consistent 1st shift hours with overtime opportunitiesFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) after initial periodTo apply, submit your resume or stop by our location to fill out an application.
