AssemblerJoin our team as an assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms. Your primary task will involve working in a cleanroom environment, utilizing microscopes and small hand tools to handle delicate components like coiling wire and small tubing.ResponsibilitiesAssemble small pieces such as coiling wire and small tubing using small hand tools.Work under a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision in assembly.Adhere to strict attendance policies, allowing only one absence and one late occurrence within the first 90 days.Maintain high standards of quality and performance to meet company expectations.Essential SkillsExperience with cleanroom assembly.Proficiency in using small hand tools.Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior cleanroom or manufacturing experience is highly desired.Entry-level candidates are welcome, provided they pass the hand assessment test.Why Work Here?Upon becoming a permanent employee, you will receive 100% coverage of benefits, with 50% coverage for immediate family. The manager fosters a supportive atmosphere, allowing open communication and encouraging good relationships, as long as quality standards are met and tasks are completed efficiently. Expect to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an average weekly hour range of 40 to 45 hours.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Irvine, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
