Adecco is hiring Cable & Fiber Optic Assemblers in Portsmouth, NH!

Shifts
Pay: $23-26 depending on shift and experience1st Shift
Monday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday – Thursday2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
What You'll Do
Assemble cable and fiber optic components to detailed specificationsPerform precision assembly using hand tools and assembly fixturesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and work instructionsBuild, route, terminate, and inspect cable assembliesPerform electrical testing, continuity testing, polarity checks, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testingOperate assembly equipment, molds, and plastic injection devicesConduct visual inspections and ensure products meet quality standardsMaintain accurate production documentationFollow Lean Manufacturing, quality, and safety proceduresWork collaboratively to meet production goals
We're Looking For Candidates With
1+ years of experience in assembly, electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optic assembly, manufacturing, production, or wiring Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or electrical test equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus)Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
