Assembler B (Production Assembly)Location: North Charleston, SC 29418 (Onsite) Pay Rate: $27/hour Schedule: Variable shift (typically 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM Must be flexible for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)Interview: Virtual (Teams) with Hiring ManagersJob OverviewWe are seeking an Assembler B to support production assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling structural and mechanical components, working with detailed instructions, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine production assembly on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and equipmentUtilize manual and automated tools to complete assembly tasksFollow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specificationsCollaborate with team members and leadership to resolve production issuesIdentify constraints and escalate issues when neededSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in cross-training and assist with team performance improvementsSupport overtime as needed to meet production goalsRequired Qualifications1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or work instructions (in English)Experience using basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)High School Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications1+ year of aerospace or high-volume production experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overheadAbility to lift and carry up to 35 lbsComfortable working in a production environment and handling materials safelyAdditional RequirementsMust complete required training (OJT or classroom)Strong attendance and reliability requiredAbility to work in a team-oriented environment with clear communication
