It does not imply that all positions within the class perform all of the duties listed, nor does it necessarily list all possible duties that may be assigned.)Maintain on-going communications and service with assigned customers, sales personnel, and reps to better understand and support needsAssist in ensuring direct delivery of product to customers and reps occurs timely and with minimal freights costs and the need for main office sales personnel to be engaged in this activityResponsible for reducing cost and investment of inventory managementMaintain custody controls over all inventory received, stored, and shipped.Allocate available inventory in a manner that maximizes the satisfied customer baseEffectively manage customer requests, ensuring high degrees of customer satisfaction, including walk-ins and order fulfillmentRequired driving of up to 25%Responsible for communication with customers on service level expectations.Coordinate deliveries/pick?ups including product and delivery tickets, change orders, service issues, etc.Drive service excellence at the branch level with the goal of meeting/exceeding customer expectationsResponsible for the legally compliant, efficient & safe operational performance of the Client CIP facilityResponsible for timely and accurate management reportingMaintain the overall appearance of the facility and groundsParticipate in Lean events with active involvement in CI initiativesReport unsafe acts or conditions to supervision immediately as noticedPosition Details: Subject to Change Candidate must reside in:Work week and shift: 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work as required.Compensation package offered: Competitive hourly rate, shift differential and eligible for quarterly bonus programNew hire orientation is providedOn the job training on processes, and proceduresPPE requirements include safety glasses and steel toesImmigration sponsorship is not provided for this positionJob Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience production, inventory, and customer support/service in oil & gas industryAt least 1 year of customer service experienceProficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of ERP systemsStrong strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenMust be effective in a result driven, entrepreneurial work environmentCapable of and comfortable with, managing conflict, time-sensitive priorities in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous situationsExcellent written and communication skillsMust be able to influence and shape opinion among peer group in a cross functional environmentMust be able to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.Strong analytical skillsStrong customer focusAttention to detailMust have current valid driver's licenseMust be able to meet company driver policy and DOT requirementsPreferred Qualifications4-year degree or equivalent experienceExperience in OracleExperience with assembling chemical injection pump productsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. FOR ALL RD&E, Sales, Service, or Supply Chain fleet/field/plant in the US: Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.Office: The duties of this position require the employee to work in a cubicle or office workspace. Some cubicles and offices may have access to natural light, while others may not. The office personnel have easy access to restrooms, a breakroom, conference rooms and production areas. Most cubicles are low walled in an open office concept, while others have higher walls and offer single workspaces. The front office area has a noise reducing solution; however, when in back-office areas employees may be exposed to typical manufacturing noises. The office areas are climate controlled and cleaned on a nightly basis.Production: The job is performed under some temperature variations and some hazardous conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to typical manufacturing noises (grinders, forklift operation, compressed air circulation, and electric and pneumatic tool operation). The manufacturing personnel have easy access to restrooms, a breakroom, conference rooms and office areas. The manufacturing areas are climate controlled but may occasionally reach above-average temperatures. The employee occasionally works near machinery fluids and material wastes. The working environment is clearly marked for hazards and safety/emergency facilities are noted. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Employees often encounter dust, dirt, grease, and paint on metal surfaces.Field: May work in outdoor conditions regularly. May visit and work onsite at customer field locations. Outdoor maintenance work may be performed on company or customer sites. May occasionally encounter periods of temperatures above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit when working in outdoor field conditions. The employee is required to wear all Personal Protection Equipment when working outdoors. The employee may be exposed to hazards including chemical, electric shock, fluids, and waste materials. The employee must have regular training and wear protective clothing and monitors, if working in oil and gas field locations. The employee may also regularly work with moving mechanical parts and power tools. Noise conditions will vary but may be occasionally loud depending on equipment and location.Driving: There may be an occasional need to drive to customer locations, field sites and other business locations.
