Job description
As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in bringing designs to life by transforming raw materials into finished products. Your expertise in fabrication techniques and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create parts and ensure implementation according to welding specifications.
Operate Lathe and Mill machine to manufacture wear parts for plant machinery.
Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for assembly.
Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipment.
Perform welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder.
Evaluate weld machine performance regularly.
Maintain inventory of manufacturing product and welding consumables.
Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Rework and/or repair welded parts and products according to specification changes.
Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by practicing safe work habits, good housekeeping procedures and adhering to safety guidelines.
Wear appropriate protective equipment as required and in accordance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
Assist with housekeeping and provide support in other areas as required.
