Job description
AssemblerIn this position, candidates will work off of blueprints or shop drawings to assemble a variety of production machinery, heavy equipment, and enclosures for electrical distribution centers. You will use a variety of power tools on a daily basis to build projects to customer specifications. Job duties include:Assemble machinery, equipment, and smaller parts using blueprints and shop drawingsInstall motors, pumps, hoses, cables, belts, and bearingsUse hand, power, and air tools for assembly and fastening tasksDrill and tap holes and bolt together frameworksCollaborate with a team to ensure efficient assembly processesHours: 1st and 2nd shifts availableRequirements:1+ year of mechanical experience in assembly, working on vehicles, or relevant mechanical experiencePrevious experience using power OR air toolsExperience working from blueprints and engineered drawings preferredWork Environment: The facility is clean and well-lit, and climate controlled throughout the year for a very comfortable work environment.Why Work Here?You will join a growing organization that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous learning in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
