AssemblerPay: $17.00 - $18.00/hrLocation: Maple Grove, MNSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pmFull Time, Temp to HireAssembler Job Description:As an Assembler, you will be involved in a wide variety of production tasks including hand-crafting custom in-ear monitors, filling and packaging silicone impression materials, and other production duties that support making our range of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity, and a passion for audio excellence.Assembler Job Responsibilities:Carefully assemble IEM components by hand, including drivers, receivers, filters, and cables, ensuring precise placement and alignmentPerform delicate soldering tasks to connect wires and components, maintaining high standards of quality and reliabilityConduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of assembly to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistenciesWork with custom ear impressions and specifications to create IEMs that perfectly fit the customer's ear canalApply finishing touches, such as polishing, labeling, and packaging, to prepare the IEMs for deliveryDispense bulk impression and hearing protection materials into cartridgesLabel and package customer orders for shipmentIdentify and resolve any assembly or technical issues that may arise during the production processWork closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure timely and accurate completion of ordersPerform other production-related duties as neededAssembler Job Requirements & Working Conditions:Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly tasksMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipTechnical proficiency in soldering and other assembly techniquesStrong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectivelyDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills for interacting with team members and customersPrideStaff Hiring Requirements:Must be 18+ Years OldMust be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background CheckMust be Willing to Submit to a Drug ScreenMust be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.Enhance your career with a full-time job, with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
