Job description
Assembler / Packer ISymbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment.Key Responsibilities:Perform repetitive assembly and packaging operationsInspect parts for cosmetic defects and non-conformitiesFollow detailed work instructions and assembly proceduresUse hand tools and perform soldering as neededInstall threaded inserts (Heli-Coils)Package and prepare parts for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work environmentReport safety concerns and damaged toolsSupport team-based production and quality initiativesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED3+ years of assembly experience preferredAbility to install threaded insertsStrong attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWork Environment: Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particlesRequired use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
