Job TitleLocation: Pasadena, TX Duration: 12 MonthsResponsibilitiesAssemble valves from componentsCalibrate valvesInstall and bend stainless steel tubingRead technical drawings and assembly documentationConduct pressure testing and hydro testing (preferred but not required)Troubleshoot and repair valve componentsRequirementsHands-on valve assembly experienceExperience disassembling and assembling Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs)Lapping valve seats and discsCalibrating set pressuresPerforming seat leakage and set pressure testingUnderstanding API standards and pressure relief valve operationExperience with control valve assembly and repairActuator and positioner setupReading P&IDs and assembly drawingsExperience with Becker valve assemblyLeak testing and troubleshootingPreferred SkillsPressure testing and hydro testing experience
