No weekends!Why you'll love working here:No experience required—we'll train you!Full-time and part-time opportunitiesClean, climate-controlled workplaceSit or stand while you workListen to music while you workFriendly, supportive team environmentMonday-Friday scheduleNo weekend workOpportunities for advancementWhat you'll do:As an assembler, you'll help build high-quality products by following work instructions and quality standards.Responsibilities include:Assemble products using small components and hand toolsRead work instructions, blueprints, and production travelersInspect parts and completed assemblies for qualityPerform product testing as requiredRecord production and quality informationFollow safety and quality proceduresKeep your work area organized and cleanReport production or quality concernsWork as part of a team to meet production goalsWhat we're looking for:We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude who enjoy hands-on work.Requirements:Willingness to learnGood attendance and reliabilityBasic math skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to perform repetitive assembly workAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsPreferred (not required):Previous assembly or manufacturing experienceMechanical aptitudeBasic computer/data entry skillsExperience using hand toolsGrow with Tlx:We believe in promoting from within.
