AssemblerNow hiring for an Assembler Location: Piney Flats, TN Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday – Saturday 1st shift: 6 am to 4:45 pm 2nd shift: 5 pm to 3:30 pm Parts, Pieces, Paychecks —Time to Assemble Your Future. This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.Job DutiesRetrieve, handle, and assemble materials and finished productsPerform framing and construction-related assembly tasksAssist with crating, packaging, and product preparationConduct and document quality inspectionsUse a variety of hand and power tools safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComplete additional duties as assignedEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16? scale Comfortable using hand toolsPreferred QualificationsPrevious factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
