Job description
AssemblerPayrate: $27.49 - $27.49/hr. Summary: The assembler is expected to be individual capable of reading electrical and mechanical drawings and translating that into a finished product with limited supervision to the highest level of quality. Essential Responsibilities:Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.Produce and install wiring onto components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.Capable of providing ideas for improvement and implementing changes with approval from engineering.Maintain a neat and orderly work area.Ensure maximum efficiency to aide in cost reduction.Achieve on time delivery goals are met.Willingness to travel for occasional field installations.Qualifications/Requirements:Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.Experience with panel assembly and wiring.Capable of performing wire checks and quality inspections during the assembly process.Maintain production schedules and target budgets.Desired Characteristics:Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.Panel assembly and wiring experience.Strong attention to detail.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.49 - $27.49/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
