Assembler / Brazer - $18.76/hrLocation: Pompano Beach, FLShift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PMPay: $18.76/hr + potential overtimeJob DescriptionHiring Assemblers to build components for marine A/C and refrigeration units in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical assemblyUse hand, power, and pneumatic toolsComplete wiring, crimping, and component assemblyFollow schematics, blueprints, and work instructionsCross-train in brazing, soldering, and refrigeration assemblyQualificationsAssembly, manufacturing, electronics, wiring, or mechanical experience preferredComfortable using hand and power toolsBrazing/soldering experience is a plus, not requiredMechanically inclined entry-level candidates are encouraged to applyAble to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Why Apply?$18.76/hr starting payMonday-Friday morning shiftPotential overtimeAir-conditioned facilityTraining providedTemp-to-hire opportunityOpportunity to learn brazing, soldering, wiring, and HVAC/refrigeration assemblyThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.The pay range for this position is $18.58 - $18.58/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
