AssemblerWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and machineryRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructionsInspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistenciesMaintain production speed while ensuring accuracy and qualityFollow safety guidelines and company procedures at all timesPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and work areasCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsDocument completed work and report issues promptlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plusAbility to read and follow instructions and diagramsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBasic math and measurement skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to (X) poundsProlonged standing, bending, and repetitive movementsGood hand-eye coordination
