Entry-Level Assembly PositionsLooking to get your foot in the door with a company that will train you and help you grow? This is your chance. We're hiring for entry-level assembly positions on 1st and 2nd shift in Putnam, CT, offering $18-$20/hr depending on experience. You'll work with your hands, learn valuable skills like soldering and assembly, and be part of a team that values precision and reliability.As an Assembly Operator, you'll be trained to assemble and solder small metal components in a clean, organized production setting. This role is ideal for someone with good hand-eye coordination, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Assemble small metal parts following instructions and specificationsPerform basic soldering of components (training provided)Inspect finished parts for quality and consistencyUse basic hand tools and equipment safelyFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaCommunicate with team members and supervisors as neededBenefits:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
