We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Assemblers at our David City Manufacturing Center.If you enjoy working with your hands, building high-quality products, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do — we want to talk to you!Earn up to $26.40 per hour.Starting pay: $21.00 per hour + DOEAnnual bonus potential: up to $5,000 per yearThat equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earningsTotal earning potential: $26.40/hourWhy This Job Stands OutStrong bonus potential based on performanceStable, growing company with long-term career opportunitiesHands-on work where you can see the results of what you buildTeam-focused environment that values hard work and pride in craftsmanshipWhat You'll DoAs an Assembler, you'll be an important part of our production team helping build high-quality products from the ground up.Your responsibilities will include:Assembles quality products and examines work to make sure it meets quality standards.Place parts and assemblies in jigs and fixtures.Drill, rivet, huck, caulk and fasten.Follow all safety programs including participation in Timpte's Daily Stretching Program.Responsible for properly using and caring for required personal protective equipment (PPE) and notifying area leader when in need of replacement.Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.What We're Looking ForWe want dependable people who show up ready to work and be part of a team.You'll be successful if you:Enjoy hands-on workHave a strong work ethicPay attention to detailWork well with othersTake pride in building quality productsAble to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.Have knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment.Have prior manufacturing experience helpful.Build Your Future HereOur David City Manufacturing Center represents a major investment in our people, our community, and the future of our business.
