You will work onsite on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) and operate under direct supervisory guidance. Your role advances lean initiatives and contributes to process improvements on the shop floor.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixturesRecord test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow metersInterpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directivesProduce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standardsPerform touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasks as neededParticipate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunitiesMaintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and follow safety rulesEnsure equipment calibration per scheduleHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh School Diploma or equivalentHands-on experience as a mechanical assembler or similar production roleAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprintsComfortable using torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, power and hand toolsExperience with precision measurements and documenting torque valuesAble to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbsWillingness to work 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and be open to overtime or weekend shifts if neededHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience in ISO-certified or regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, medical devices)Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing processesExperience with electromechanical assemblies or aerospace componentsPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
