You will contribute to lean initiatives and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams on an onsite 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and inspection equipmentRecord test results and data using basic electrical equipment and flow metersInterpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specs, and quality directivesProduce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformance with product and customer specificationsPerform touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasksParticipate in lean initiatives by identifying areas for productivity and cost improvementsMaintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and follow safety and calibration schedulesHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalentHands-on mechanical assembly experience or similar production experienceAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprintsComfortable using torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, power and hand toolsExperience performing precision measurements and documenting torque valuesAbility to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbsAvailability for an 8-hour day, Monday–Friday (1st shift); open to overtime or weekend shifts if neededHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments (ISO, FAA-related processes)Exposure to LEAN manufacturing practicesPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
