We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Assembler. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based in Simpsonville, SC, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.The assembler works as part of a team creating quality products that will meet and exceed customer expectation! Our assembler position is responsible for producing completed cabinets by assembling pre-machined parts and sub-assemblies according to pre-defined assembly patterns.Support the CARE values of the organization.Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.Perform bench-type processes to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor.Performs preventative maintenance on tools as required.Monitors the quality of parts and sub-assemblies being assembled.Work at a pace required to meet production goals while maintaining company quality standards.Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsDetail orientedSafety focusedGood verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical and time management skillsAbility to utilize measuring tools and basic math skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerAt Essential Cabinetry Group, we believe in the value of your unique identity, background, and experiences.
