Spectrum Industries, Inc. Assembly Team MemberSpectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for new team members to assemble production components and units, such as desks and display centers, in preparation for packaging and shipping.Assembles a variety of productsPositions production parts in specified relationship to each otherWorks on a line as a member of an assembly team, assembles several specific parts, and passes units to another team member for the next assembly taskUses various hand-held and pneumatic tools including hammer, mallet, screwdriver, screw gun, hand drill, staple gun, torque wrench to secure/ attach components and/ or hardwareAccurately interprets blueprints and assembly instructionsLifts unit from one station to the next as well as stacks/ secures product to skid for transportation at various stages of completionRecords information such as quantities, work time, date, and other job information on daily time documents and routing sheetsPerforms quality checks throughout the building process as well as product countsOther duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentSix months to one year of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefitsPTO: 3 weeks per year72 hours of paid holidaysHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceWellness programShort-term disability (employer paid)$30,000 of life insurance (employer paid)401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid lunch break$100 reimbursement for safety shoes and glassesEqual Opportunity StatementSpectrum Industries, Inc. is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
