Assembler/Tester AFull-time On-site / Camarillo, CA Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Benefits You'll LoveNextDeavor offers health, vision and dental benefits for contract employees Paid sick leave eligibility is contingent on state of residence Optional 401k Plan (excludes employer match) Opportunity to get your foot in the door at a well-established corporation, with potential for extended or permanent full-time employmentBecome a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester AYou will help the team deliver quality mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies on a 1st-shift, onsite schedule (6am–3pm, Mon–Fri). Your work ensures on-time delivery to customers and supports continuous improvement efforts across production and test operations. This is a temporary assignment through October 2026, working directly with manufacturing technicians, test engineers, and supervisors.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform moderately complex assembly and test tasks using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment.Record and interpret test results using electrical test equipment and flow measurement devices; identify malfunctions and rework as instructed.Read and apply blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives to produce conforming assemblies.Assemble, test, and solder components to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up and surface painting as needed.Participate in lean initiatives by identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements; assist in training less-experienced team members.Maintain safety standards and a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area; ensure equipment calibration per schedule.Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleTwo or more years of industry experience in assembly/test within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.Experience applying product and process knowledge and implementing lean initiatives.Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.Here's What Else Might Help You OutSoldering certification per customer requirements.Pay RangePay rate range: $22.4 - $25/hrReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
