Assembler/Tester BFull-time Irvine, CA Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester BYou will assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery targets, supporting production and quality teams in an onsite, first-shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) manufacturing environment in Irvine, CA. You will work under direct supervisory guidance, contribute to lean initiatives, and interact with inspection and test stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and inspection measurement equipmentRecord test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow metersInterpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directivesProduce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; assemble and test to specificationsPerform touch-up or full surface painting of parts and mix/clean finishing materialsIdentify and recommend opportunities for lean improvements to increase productivity and reduce costsMaintain a FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per scheduleHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleMust be a US Citizen1–2 years soldering experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentVision screening requiredAt least 1 year general mechanical work experienceAbility to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specificationsBasic math, verbal, written, and basic computer skillsStrong mechanical reasoning and ability to select procedures, techniques, tools, and equipmentAbility to apply lean initiatives and work effectively in a team environmentPay Range$25.60 - $32.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
