AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll help assemble high-quality products while working in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Read below for more information!Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and work instructionsPerform visual inspections and measurements using gauges, tape measures, calipers, and fixturesMaintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standardsMake minor adjustments or repairs to equipment with supervisionUse hand tools to complete a variety of assembly and production tasksKeep tools properly stored and maintain a clean, organized workstationHigh school diploma or GED0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprintsExperience using hand toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable attendance and transportation to Thief River Falls, MNEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities to gain experience with well-known companies.
