Assembler Job in Vonore, TNLocal Assembler Job with Pay, Perks, and a Great Team. Looking for Assembler jobs in Vonore where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.Job Duties:Assemble components using prints and process sheets to meet product specifications.Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts.Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment, including cross-training as needed.Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution.Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience Requirements:3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Physical Capabilities:Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.Benefits:Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.About Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
