Assembler PositionOur client, a leading manufacturing organization in Watertown SD, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Line Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to accuracy and quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Multiple OpeningsJob Title: AssemblerLocation: Watertown SDPay Range: 19.00/hrWhat's the Job?Stock and organize parts according to bills of material to prepare the assembly areaInstall components such as windows, mirrors, wiring, panels, and lights using hand and pneumatic toolsFasten assembled parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other required fastenersInspect assembled cabs for paint quality, electrical function, leak prevention, and correct part installationCorrect any deficiencies and move completed units to the end of the assembly lineInspect finished products to ensure conformance to quality and safety standardsWhat's Needed?Ability to read and follow verbal instructions, written directions, and assembly drawingsBasic math skills and the ability to work in standardized processesAbility to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbsCapability to access all areas of the plant and perform moderate to heavy physical workManufacturing or assembly experience preferredWhat's in it for me?Multiple shift options: 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5am–3pm2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3pm–1am (+3 dollars/hr differential)Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 6am–6pm (+4.50l dollar/hr differential)Overtime opportunitiesCareer growth in a company focused on internal promotion and employee developmentStable, long?term manufacturing environmentWork with a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvementIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, Click Apply Now!
