Assembler PositionExpress is seeking experienced assemblers for a 2nd shift opening with our client in Waunakee! The Assembler is responsible for assembling gear reducers, gear motors, and other drive components per information on work order. The assembler is responsible for testing units and troubleshooting problems associated with Gearbox Assembly.Job Duties:Assemble gearboxes to work order instructionsCheck work orders for accuracy.Visually check parts for quality.Test units for audible noises.Rework and correct any noise or leakage problems.Work related to maintaining the 5S program and Kanban system.Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentPrevious assembly experienceAbility to read and writeBasic math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Schedule:1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Fri2nd shift: 3pm - 1:30am Mon - ThursPay: $21 - $23+/hour plus $2.00 shift premiumInterested candidates can apply several ways:Call to speak with a Recruiter for immediate considerationSubmit online appSubmit resumes to
