Assembler 1st Shift
Pay:
$15.00$19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM3:00 PM
Responsibilities
Assemble product.
Use hand and power tools throughout the assembly process.
Measure and cut aluminum and other metal materials.
Install insulation, linings, doors, hinges, and hardware.
Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
Work alongside welders and fabricators.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work overtime as needed based on production demands.
Qualifications
Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience is preferred.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
Experience working with metal or aluminum is beneficial.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Dependable and willing to learn new skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, shop-style manufacturing environment. Employees work with metal, aluminum, insulation, hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and measuring equipment while building industrial ovens and furnaces.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
